King Kamehameha School, Lahaina, HI
In August 2023, wildfires swept across the island of Maui, leaving devastation in their wake, including the destruction of the historic King Kamehameha III Elementary School in Lahaina. Faced with the challenge of rebuilding a school for more than 400 students, teachers, and staff, WillScot stepped in with a commitment to swift recovery. With a deadline of 90 days, our team delivered a complete solution in just 87 days using 336 FLEX® modular units. By August 2024, the school reopened, providing a safe and functional learning environment for the community as it began to rebuild. As families returned to Lahaina, the school stood ready to grow alongside them.
